Aliko SP5600-400 Heavy Duty Retrofit

This is the machine’s first retrofit modernization. The project began with upgrading the control to the Cybelec VisiTouch 2D CNC control. The new, modern control system is much easier to learn and use. Additionally, the newly installed dual pedals enhance the usability of the press brake with long bending length. In addition to the pedals equipped with emergency stop buttons, the machine’s safety was significantly enhanced by installing the Lazer Safe safety system.

The press brake’s upper beam is original but modernized with new paint and an updated upper tool clamping system. The mechanical upper tool clamping is compatible with the machine’s existing tools from another press brake manufacturer. Adapters for Wila tools were also added to the lower tool.
