High precision CNC crowning
With high accuracy crowning, designed and manufactured by Aliko, the deflection of the top and bottom beams is compensated, resulting in accurate to size end product. The range includes a model in four different widths.
Due to the deflection that occurs on upper and lower beam when pushed against each other, the accuracy of bending angle will be affected. Aliko crowning system is designed to compensate the deflection of upper and lower beam, so that accurate bending angle can be achieved throughout the length of the bending material.
Aliko CNC vario crowning 400 makes adjusting crowning easy. It is construction of servo driven self-locking wedges. These wedges are adjusted by servomotors from the control panel. The wedges are located every 500 mm, and each can be managed with the accuracy of 0,01 mm. Being able to adjust crowning in this detail is ideal when bending demanding materials and when aiming for flawless bending result.

Graphic CNC control
The CNC-control for Aliko press brakes has been provided by The Swiss Cybelec SA since 1985. Easy to use CNC-control is available with 2D or 3D viewer, depending on the model. Softawares are available also for office use.

The Aliko press brake family has three family members: F-series, Heavy Duty and Giant, each available also as a tandem configuration. Aliko F-series requires no pit, allowing for quick installation. It offers a bending length of 3-4,2 meters and force of 220-500 tons. The Heavy duty series ranges from 4 to 10 meters in width with a force of 630-800 tons. Aliko Giant is especially designed for demanding projects that need massive bending force.
