Our tool selection includes fast and easy-to-use upper tool punch frames with punch tips and straight and gooseneck upper tools. For the lower tool solution, we recommend our 1V lower tool system due to its change speed and versatility. The 1V lower tools can be locked with either mechanical or pneumatic quick clamping.
All Aliko press brake tools are manufactured of high-class material. They are hardened, so durability and accuracy are top quality. The tool clamping system is chosen to suit the customer’s machine, and the tools are sized according to specific requirements. 1V lower tools
The single-opening lower tools feature self-centering clamping, allowing the use of segmented tool sets and significantly reducing setup times. Narrow lower tools enable even the most challenging bends. Wila and Promecam single-opening lower tools are available with various V-opening angles. Roller options are also available for all lower tools.

Upper tools
Our upper tool selection includes both fixed-tip and replaceable-tip quick-clamping straight and gooseneck upper tools. All upper tool bodies are available with all clamping types. Please note that an IK-tip can also be attached to TK-clamping.
- IK-clamping – lightweight and easy, best suited for light loads.
- TK-clamping – the best and safest solution for large and heavy tips.
Punch frames with replaceable punch tips, which are the result of continuous product development, are worth considering when:
- Bending involves several different bending radii
- The materials being bent are strong
- A cost-effective upper tool system is needed
- Special features such as horn tools or quick-change clamps are required

Graphic CNC control
The CNC-control for Aliko press brakes has been provided by The Swiss Cybelec SA since 1985. Easy to use CNC-control is available with 2D or 3D viewer, depending on the model. Softawares are available also for office use.
Safety system
Each new Aliko press brake is installed with a Laser Safe-safety system that meets current requirements, has high-quality construction and is highly accurate. Quality safety system improves productivity and operator’s safety.
High precision crowning
With high accuracy crowning, designed and manufactured by Aliko, the deflection of the top and bottom beams is compensated, resulting in accurate to size end product. The range includes a model in four different widths.
Front supports
Aliko’s mechanical and CNC-controlled front supports are available in both Standard and Heavy Duty sizes. Designed with a robust construction, all Aliko front supports offer exceptional durability and user-friendly operation.
Back gauges
Aliko back gauge features high precision, robust construction and rapid movement. Wide range includes 2-,4-,5-, 6- ja 9-axis options to suit various needs. Back gauge finger´s have two levels and can be used as a stop or as a sheet support.
Tool clamping
The extensive range includes mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatical solutions. Correctly chosen upper and lower tool clamping systems boost productivity by significantly reducing tool change time.

CNC Vario dies
With Aliko CNC Vario die the change of V-opening occurs in seconds and is completely automatic through the CNC control of the press brake. The rapid adjustment speed makes even small-batch production highly cost-effective.

The Aliko press brake family has three family members: F-series, Heavy Duty and Giant, each available also as a tandem configuration. Aliko F-series requires no pit, allowing for quick installation. It offers a bending length of 3-4,2 meters and force of 220-500 tons. The Heavy duty series ranges from 4 to 10 meters in width with a force of 630-800 tons. Aliko Giant is especially designed for demanding projects that need massive bending force. In addition to a comprehensive range of sizes, there is multiple auxiliary equipments to choose from, enabling precise tailoring to meet the most demanding industrial needs.
