Aliko Retrofit is a cost-effective way to upgrade aged but well-maintained press brake to a functioning up-to-date part of the production. We perform press brake modernizations with the expertise of a machine manufacturer, using components that are often the same as those in new machine production. Thanks to this, we offer a comprehensive selection of ready-made modules, such as back gauges, tool clamping systems, crowning devices, and controls, which can be installed on older machines without additional tailoring.

In addition to Aliko press brakes, we do Retrofits to other manufacturers press brakes too.

Productivity

The productivity of a press brake is mainly influenced by the time spent on programming and tool change. For this reason, solutions such as CNC control upgrade, the addition of back gauge axes, automatic crowning and tool updates are highly effective in accelerating the bending process.

Graphic CNC control

The CNC-control for Aliko press brakes has been provided by The Swiss Cybelec SA since 1985. Easy to use CNC-control is available with 2D or 3D viewer, depending on the model. Softawares are available also for office use.

Safety system

Each new Aliko press brake is installed with a Laser Safe-safety system that meets current requirements, has high-quality construction and is highly accurate. Quality safety system improves productivity and  operator’s safety.

High precision crowning

With high accuracy crowning, designed and manufactured by Aliko, the deflection of the top and bottom beams is compensated, resulting in accurate to size end product. The range includes a model in four different widths.

Front supports

Aliko’s mechanical and CNC-controlled front supports are available in both Standard and Heavy Duty sizes. Designed with a robust construction, all Aliko front supports offer exceptional durability and user-friendly operation.

Back gauges

Aliko back gauge features high precision, robust construction and rapid movement. Wide range includes 2-,4-,5-, 6- ja 9-axis options to suit various needs. Back gauge finger´s have two levels and can be used as a stop or as a sheet support.

Tool clamping

The extensive range includes mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatical solutions. Correctly chosen upper and lower tool clamping systems boost productivity by significantly reducing tool change time.

Press brake tools

Thanks to our extensive stock of press brake tools, we can provide exceptionally fast service.  Each press brake tool is cut and marked according to customers’ needs. They are hardened, so durability and accuracy are top quality. 

CNC Vario dies

With Aliko CNC Vario die the change of V-opening occurs in seconds and is completely automatic through the CNC control of the press brake. The rapid adjustment speed makes even small-batch production highly cost-effective.

Tool stations

Aliko tool stations are designed to help with production planning and to minimize the set-up time of bending tools. Auxiliary equipments designed for lifting and moving tools significantly improve the safety and ergonomics of these tasks.

Quillotine shear retrofit

Upgrade your quillotine shear to this millenium

In addition to press brakes, Aliko also offers machine modernizations for quillotine shears. The Cybelec control system, installed in place of the old control, makes the quillotine shear operation modern and effortless. Modernizing the backgauge, along with changing the cutting blades, is a low-barrier modification whose results are immediately visible in the quality of the work and efficiency.

Control replacement makes the quillotine shears operation modern and effortless

Two different Cybelec controls are available for quillotine shears. The Cybelec Cybtouch 8 G features a bright touchscreen, a user-friendly interface, and simple pages that clearly display all the information the user needs. The Cybelec Cybtouch 12 G has a similar basic structure to the Cybtouch 8 G, but the main difference between the two control systems is that the control of the front and rear axes is only possible with the Cybtouch 12 G model. Whichever option you choose, you can boost production by programming even complex cuts into efficient mass production. The control update requires only a week of work hours and can be integrated into the existing housing.

Modern and efficient

By updating the quillotine shear´s back gauge, you increase production efficiency with precise and fast positioning. During the modernization, the X-axis movement of the durable back gauges can be extended up to 1500 mm. The modern linear clamping system makes the structure more stable and precise, not to mention the added movement speed.

Regardless of the quillotine shears’s year of manufacture, replacing the cutting blades is always necessary from time to time. We supply new original Aliko quillotinr shear blades directly from stock to the customer.
