Aliko SP3000-500 F-series

Aliko F-series is the smallest member of the Aliko press brake family with 3-4,2 meters bending length and 220-500 tons bending force. This F-series machine guarantees the highest quality with a very competitive price level, it does not have any pit, it is always delivered assembled and installation takes only a day.

First delivery with Aliko KMJ Angle Measurement System

In June 2024, the first Aliko press brake equipped with the Aliko KMJ angle measurement system was delivered. This is a three-meter, 500-ton press brake with a sturdy and reliable design, representing a basic model. The versatility of this SP3000-500 F-series press brake is ensured by the Aliko CNC adjustable lower tool and a wide range of upper tool frames and punches. The sheet metal processing is supported by sliding surface front supports, 4-axis backstops, and a line laser.

The Aliko press brake family has three family members: F-series, Heavy Duty and Giant, each available also as a tandem configuration. Aliko F-series requires no pit, allowing for quick installation. It offers a bending length of 3-4,2 meters and force of 220-500 tons. The Heavy duty series ranges from 4 to 10 meters in width with a force of 630-800 tons. Aliko Giant is especially designed for demanding projects that need massive bending force. In addition to a comprehensive range of sizes, there is multiple auxiliary equipments to choose from, enabling precise tailoring to meet the most demanding industrial needs.
