Floor-level installation without compromising the pressing force
Aliko’s design department responded to customer demands with this floor-level press brake, combining a bending length of over four meters and a pressing force of 500 tons. The first machine of this model was delivered to a customer in summer 2025 and it replaced a retiring 1987 Aliko press brake being.
This press brake is equipped with three front supports: one standard CNC sheet follower and two standard front supports. The sheet follower can be moved to a parking space at the right end of the bending table. The standard front supports can be completely removed or lifeted to the opposite side of the sheet follower.
The delivery also includes a wide range of bending tools. Along with the extended stroke and daylight clearance, they ensure that no bending task is too big for this multifunctional press brake.
