Better bending quality with Aliko high precision CNC crowning
This press brake has been modernized with the Aliko high precision CNC crowning, Cybelec SA CybTouch 12 CNC control and the movement of Z-axis back gauge fingers can now be controlled with separate switches. These switches are a prime example of the flexible implementation methods used in our Aliko Retrofit modernizations.
The old manual crowning system was replaced with Aliko’s CNC precision crowning, controlled directly from the CybTouch 12 control panel. The new graphical CybTouch 12 CNC system is user-friendly and its clear simulation feature simplifies programming for new products. The CNC precision crowning is adjusted automatically via the CybTouch 12 control without additional setup time.
