The device is directly integrated into the CNC control, enabling fully automated angle measurement. Between measurements, the device is protected in its own box located at the end of the bending table. Before starting a measurement cycle, the device cleans itself pneumatically. The movement of the Heavy Duty front supports arms can be released, allowing the angle-measurement system to pass underneath them.

The angle-measurement device moves on top of the robust CNC Vario Die, on both sides of the bending line. The backgauges feature automated movement that shifts the fingers out of the way during angle measurement to prevent collisions. The V-opening of the lower tool can be set directly from the CNC control with 10 mm accuracy within a range of 50–300 mm.

A collection of punch frames and punch tips was selected as the upper tooling for the press brake. Changeable punch tips combined with separate punch frames create a production- and cost-efficient solution. Instead of changing the entire upper tool, you only need to change the punch tip, and thanks to their low weight, no lifting equipment is required. Aliko punch tips offer a wide radius range, in this case R1–R100. Individual tips are significantly more affordable than a full upper tool, enabling a broader variety of products to be manufactured with the same investment.
