Amada HFBO 125-40

This Aliko Retrofit project marked the company's first retrofit of an Amada press brake. The electrical cabinet overhaul was a time-intensive project with a wide range of long-term benefits for both functionality and maintainability.

Completely new electrical cabinet and back gauges

This 1995 Amada press brake received a major update with the installation of new 5-axis back gauges. With the modernization the partially manual control was replaced with CNC control. To accommodate the new servo drives, the entire electrical cabinet was replaced. This upgrade ensures that all components are now modern, easily replaceable, and more reliable.

The original Amada control was replaced with the Cybelec Visitouch 2D system, significantly improving user experience. The overall safety was enhanced with the integration of the Lazer Safe protection system, offering a higher level of operational security.

The Aliko press brake family has three family members: F-series, Heavy Duty and Giant, each available also as a tandem configuration. Aliko F-series requires no pit, allowing for quick installation. It offers a bending length of 3-4,2 meters and force of 220-500 tons. The Heavy duty series ranges from 4 to 10 meters in width with a force of 630-800 tons. Aliko Giant is especially designed for demanding projects that need massive bending force. In addition to a comprehensive range of sizes, there is multiple auxiliary equipments to choose from, enabling precise tailoring to meet the most demanding industrial needs.
