An Extensive Aliko Retrofit to a 15 years old press brake
This EHT press brake, from 2010, has a 9000 mm long bending table and 1600 ton pressing force. It´s original 50-300 Vario die was updated to Aliko CNC Vario die 50-400. To match customers wishes, Aliko´s design team invented a Vario die that has two Vario dies in one. The operator can manually change between V-dies 50-300 or 150-400. Both, a Aliko CNC Vario die 50-300 and 150-400, are operated through the CNC contol panel.
For efficient bending and a perfect bending result a Aliko Vario Crowning 400 was installed. Aliko CNC vario crowning 400 is construction of servo driven self-locking wedges. These wedges are adjusted by servomotors from the control panel. The wedges are located every 500 mm, and each can be managed with the accuracy of 0,01 mm. Being able to adjust crowning in this detail is ideal when bending demanding materials and when aiming for flawless bending result.
A bagbone of this Aliko Retrofit is a Lazer Safe safety system, bending line laser and the Cybelec CybTouch control panel.
