Extremely extended daylight clearance and fully supportet sheet handling
Are you looking for press brake with extended daylight clearance and stroke? This Aliko SP4200-220F specified to customers needs is a good example on daylight clearance that is extended almost to the extreme. Meaning a daylight clearance of 2170 mm and a stroke of 900 mm.
Back gauges are also modified to this customer. On top of some structural changes there is couple of added fingers that extends the ways these back gauges can be used. As an addition there is three sheet holders at the back of the bending table. These holders can be driven to the ends of the bending table when they are not needed. Back gauges and sheet holders are operated from the CNC control panel which ensures that no collisions are going to happen.
Hydraulic upper tool clamping makes positioning long tool frames by sliding easy. This pneumatic lower tool holder with bearing is special as it can be moved sideways straight from CNC panel. This makes using 2V tools possible.
