As Christmas approaches, there will be some small changes to our opening hours. During the holiday season, we will take a short break to rest and prepare for the new year.
Our staff will be on holiday from 20 to 28 December.
Customer service will be completely closed during this period. We will not process phone calls or email enquiries at that time. If you have urgent matters before the end of the year, we recommend contacting us before 19 December so that we can serve you as well as possible.
Messages received during the break will be handled again on regular business days between 8:00 and 16:00, starting Monday 29 December.
