Aliko unveils new SP4200-500F Press Brake in response to customer demand
Aliko’s engineering team focuses innovating new and optimizing existing bending technologies. Latest upgrade, the new SP4200-500F model, delivers a pressing force of 500 tons with a working length of up to 4200 mm — a significant 25% increase to the biggest F-Series model. This advancement enables efficient handling of heavier materials and supports the use of narrower V-openings, including the versatile Aliko CNC Vario die, down to the 20–120 mm model.
The Aliko SP4200-500 allows metal industry companies to acquire a high-performance press brake without having to invest time, money, and labour into costly foundation work. Additionally, the F-Series saves on delivery and installation time, as the press brake is delivered fully assembled. As the F-Series does not require a pit installation, it is also not tied to a specific location and can be easily relocated if needed.
The Aliko SP4200-500 is a direct response to our customers’ requests. The demand for this model is evident from the many machine orders we will be delivering across Europe during the summer of 2025.
Custom specifications for diverse needs
Among the first deliveries this summer is the SP4200-320F heading to Estonia. This model, along with several others, features increased daylight clearance and stroke, with upgrades from the standard 485 mm to 635 mm daylight clearance, and from 250 mm to 400 mm stroke. These enhancements have become increasingly common in F-Series press brakes recently.
Future deliveries will also include solutions customized to specific customer needs. A good example is a Polish customer who will receive an Aliko SP4200-500 F-Series with an impressive daylight clearance of 1000 mm. This massive daylight clearance enables the use of large bending tools. In this case, the large tool refers to a 700 mm high Aliko goose neck upper tool. The stroke length of the press brake has also been increased — from the standard 300 mm to 700 mm.
With these advancements, Aliko continues to lead the way in innovative, customer-driven metalworking solutions.
