High bending quality and extreme production efficiency
This Aliko SP7000-1600 Giant is designed for producing substantial products for the defense industry. It´s special design includes multiple never-seen-before auxiliary equipment solutions.
It has total of three cranes. Two of which are located at the top of the machine for supported sheet handling at the front and at the back of the machine. Integrated crane at the side of the press brake enables moving upper tools between bending table and the tool storage place located on the side of the press brake. The storage place has a designed slot for each straight and goose neck upper tool as well as for each punch tip needed.
Aliko Tool station, located on the right hands side, is in this case purely for storing lower tools and for moving them to the bending table through a transfer bridge. This Aliko CNC Vario die is unique, as a pneumatic 1V lower tool clamping can be attached to it. V-dies between 100 and 350 mm can be adjusted with Aliko CNC Vario die straight from the Cybelec control. It´s back gauges, with 6-axis, and Heavy Duty sheet followers are also CNC controlled which makes adjustments between bending series quick and easy.
