Two maschines in one
The tandem structure allows for utilizing a single long bending length but also enables the simultaneous and efficient bending of shorter parts with two independent press brakes. This feature provides flexibility in work planning and enhances production efficiency.
For this specific Aliko press brake, both standard front supports (a total of 6) and Heavy Duty CNC-sheet following front supports (a total of 4) have been selected.
On both sides of the press brakes, there are parking areas where the sheet following front supports can be moved, thus freeing up the entire length of the machine for bending. The standard front supports are not connected to a power supply, making them easy to lift off the press brake entirely if needed.
Behind the bending table are robust and accurate 9-axis back gauges. To facilitate handling of large sheets, one of the press brakes is equipped with a crane.
Together, all these modules form a versatile Aliko press brake capable of bending various materials of different thicknesses at different angles, even in narrow bending series.
