Among the latest additions is the biggest Aliko Retrofit ever made. This 15 years old press brake went through an extensive Aliko Retrofit. The original Vario die was updated into Aliko CNC Vario die 50-400 with Aliko CNC Vario Crowning 400. The control was updated as well as the safety system.
From the Retrofit references you can also find a 30-year-old Aliko SP3000-220. With the modernisation this press brakes motion control process became fully automated. The manual back gauges were upgraded to 4-axis back gauges controlled from the unit. This improved significantly workflow efficiency, reducing the operator’s workload, and enhancing workplace safety.
